Free Primary School Website
As detailed in my recent letter, this is a genuine offer for one local primary school to receive a new school website, designed by the team that created this site, completely free of charge.
What's In It For You?
My team and I will work with you to create a new purpose built website for your school. We will provide the following services completely free of charge:
Bespoke design of the site appearance to your requirements
One full day of photography to use within the site
Consultation on site structure and functionality
Population of site content by the design team
Creation of enhanced features such as galleries, blogs, contact forms, maps and calendars
Training and support for your staff to create and edit additional content
Telephone and email support
Hosting for 12 months (£300 annual cost thereafter)
What's In It For Us?
Despite working with schools on branding, marketing and prospectus projects since the late 90s, and developing our own and many corporate client websites for a number of years, we have never extended the offer to schools. I have recently increased the capacity within the design team and am keen to build a portfolio of school websites which we can use to demonstrate the service that we offer.
Conditions
In submitting your application you are agreeing to the following conditions:
The application and involvement in the project must from from the headteacher and SLT
The school must have a ‘B’ postcode
You will work with us to complete the site before 31 May 2019
You will provide any necessary updates to site content in a timely manner
What Isn't Included
We have designed the offer to ensure that the successful school won't incur additional costs as a result of the process, however additional services such as video production, re-branding and prospectus design will be chargeable if required.
